A season to remember, this 2022/2023, for Bettona’s Real Virtus. The football team coached by coach Moreno Martinetti, and which has our Andrea Marcantonini as Vice President, celebrates its promotion to a higher league at the end of a very exciting season!
The players were able to regain the 10-point disadvantage on the Nocera Umbra team, notching up one success after another in the second round, until they overtook the leaders and reached +7 on the last day. On Sunday 23 April, with a day’s lead on the end of the championship and a good 5 points ahead, the party got underway at the referee’s triple whistle, on the pitch and in the stands.
We too in MCT Italy join in the celebrations of the team and Andrea, who over the years has approached and sensitized our company to all the events related to local amateur sport; thanks to him, not only have many of us approached a more active lifestyle in the open air, but we increasingly understand the need and importance of working closely with and for the young people of this area.
The obstinacy with which the Real Virtus boys gave life to this recovery, and then to a spectacular overtaking of the leaders, is a great source of inspiration for us all, and to some extent reminds us how important it is, also in our work, to keep a strong focus on the final goal.
Perseverance, consistency, commitment, determination and above all teamwork: these elements are essential to be able to register successes in any sector, whether it is in the playing field or in the production of concrete mixing plants. These fundamental points should be always kept in mind, to give our best alongside our travel companions. So, once again, all of MCT Italy congratulates Andrea and Mr. Martinetti’s boys for this great result, and now let the party continue!!
