Twin shaft mixers
Twin shaf mixer type mao marcantonini
Marcantonini has developed a mixer with a compact structure, designed to produce large quantities up to 10.5 cubic yard output of concrete, hot and cold road bitumens; trash treatments and chemical products; to make higher qualities of batches with the lowest energy and repair parts possible.
Features of the Twin-Shaft:
The inside of the twin-shaft tank is lined in cast iron or Ni Hard easily replaceable with a single fastener per wear tile.
The main products prepared by MAO:
The mixing arms feature simultaneous synchronised rotation of the double horizontal shafts, giving an intensive compulsory mix with homogeneous effectiveness.
Besides this vertical lift rotation it also gives a horizontal spiral motion to combine the materials. The force of the mass ensures a fast result.
The wear of materials is significantly reduced due the collission of the materials rather than a scraping or lofting action.
