The moisture control is an integrated program on Windows Plantform and for every single cycle has filed a value of moisture who is in the aggregates. This numbers are filed into a data storage where it is possible to access normally by standard softwre (Excel,Access, etc.)
Every single aggregate hopper is equipped with a probe to detects moisture and communicates the values to the system in a particular direct way for the single aggregate.
On Request every single probe can be equipped with a system of Temperature detection that allows a better management of heating or cooling systems for aggregates.
The system reports on Graphs the live activity reporting the cycle progress.
Multi systems are availables both for aggregates both for concrete, and also with microwave detecting.
Besides It's available a system of concrete plasticity control specially studied from R&D division at Marcantonini's Factory that can be installed inside Planetary and Twin Shaft mixers for SCC concrete control.
