Production - High pressure recycling and cleaning system

The RECYCLING Plant are made with a separator screw that makes the separation of the aggregate material from water.
It is composed of:
  • A fully hot galvanized screw customized for customer needs that allows to make the separatyion of aggregate material from water.
  • A steel hot galvanized tank connected to the screw pit where It receives water from. The tank is equipped of a agitator that allows the suspencion of residual parts in the water.
  • A dosing pump for water directly plugged into teh tank. The dirty water has re-inserted into the dosing cycle by a separated circuit of special pipes.
  • A hidrometer that detects the quantity of residual fine aggregates in the water. This datas are elaborated by Compumat System to extimate the correct amount of dosed water to put into the mixer.
