Twin-shaft continuous mixers
This flow-through volumetric non-batch type twin-shaft mixer, provides for the production of different types of concrete such as base materials and roller compacted concrete (RCC); stabilization materials and bitomous material.
Continuous Mixers are recognized for the following features:

• High production thanks to the continuous mixing
• Double simultaneous rotation of arms “star type” with two or three stars and more mixing shafts that ensures the full coverage of the bottom mixer tank.
• Compatibilty of dry or wet batches
• Standard lines of the tank with wear-plates
• Mixing arms in special cast iron

The main products prepared by continuous mixers:

• RCC
• stabilized concrete
• Soil cements

It is possible to modify the mixer to allow the introduction of chemical liquids, or dusts, fibers, or apply to the mixer refrigering or heating equipment for the batch.
