Compact modular batching plants
The modular and compact batching plants are very powerful, fully modular, easy to install and in few hours ready for production. They are composed of modules easy to truck (without the need of special deliveries); the installation of the batching plant is simple: it just needs a concrete platform without digs into the ground.
The peculiarity of these compact batching plants is the vertical arrangement of aggregates storage allowing the possibility of installation even in very limited spaces. The assembly of modules and elements is elementary, because for the electrical connections are required only industrial plugs linked to power supply, since the modules are preassembled in the workshop.
The modular batching plants allow storage from 2 to 6 aggregates with a total capacity from 70 to 600 m³; aggregates loading is carried out with a vertical bucket elevator with primary hopper of 16 m³ with extractor belt; there is the possibility to install up to 4 cement silos and are used twin shaft horizontal axis compulsory mixers from 2 - 2.5 - 3 to 3.5 m³ and vertical axis planetary mixers from 1 to 1.5 m³.
The extraction of aggregates is possible either by using clamshell gate than by using extractor belt for not so much flowing materials.
The optimization of spaces also allows you to install a methane, diesel or electrical heating system for the aggregates and storage for 6 admixtures with their dosing pumps.
A side expansion contains storage and dosage plant for steel or synthetic oxides.
Automation, housed in a control room equipped, isolated and heated, positioned near the mixer, allows a simple management and supervision of the concrete batching plant, because it is controlled by a system that interfaces easily with the operator's needs. A video surveillance system allows the operator to monitor ready-mix trucks loading and the phases of loading of aggregates storage loading sequences.
Aggregates moisture and concrete plasticity control during mixing process is an important feature for a repetitive and high quality concrete production.
