Born from the different needs of paver Producers, Betonmix is a special flying bucket for concrete delivery of different colours and it is made with two or more connected buckets.
Betonmix automatically finds out his position below the gate of the mixer finding the right bucket to receive the right coloured concrete ready for the discharge, all the system is sincronized from Compumat Batch Control.
Once It receives the different batches Betonmix goes upon the production site and it releases the presetted concrete.
Every containing concrete bucket is on load cells and the discharge of every bucket has made by a belt managed by an inverter. With this type of technology the batch operator man can monitorize, manage the quantity of different qualities of concrete loaded on Betonmix with the result to obtain different cloured concrete in the final products.
